Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude Toubia is a native of Canada. She is most well-known to Canadians due to her work as a Canadian actor on the Freeform fantasy show Shadowhunters. She also appeared in Venevision television series Cosita linda e Voltea to whom you are love. Her other talents include being an accomplished model as well as dancer. Montreal born, she spent the first few years of her life in Texas. As a kid, she had been trained to dance in various forms. Her first participation in beauty contests around the age of 15. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia was a hit by her appearance on Nuestra Belleza Latina, the Univision pageant series. She made her acting debut in the year 2010, playing receptionist in the Telemundo television show Aurora. The year 2015 saw her was a part-time actress in her first feature film, the action drama Tattooed Love.
