Heidi Klum was born in Bergisch Gladbach Germany on June 1st 1973. Erna Klum was her hairdresser's mom. His father Gunther Klum was a cosmetics company executive. Heidi's dad was formerly an executive producer at 4711, a perfume company. Heidi was raised in the hometown of Bergisch Gladbach a city of about 100,000 residents only six miles east of Cologne. Heidi Klum was a model who came from Germany. Klum is now an actress and television host. Heidi Klum 2019, Heidi Klum attended the 2019 iHeartRadio music awards held at the Microsoft Theater, Los Angeles California. Klum first began modeling in 1992 when she was serving as a barmaid at a discotheque. Karin was a close friend of Klum's at the time (18-year-old) student encouraged her to enter an German talent contest on TV called Model 92. Model 92, a show supported by German magazines for women, Petra was the late-night talk show, hosted by Thomas Gottschalk. Klum was up against 25,000 contestants from Germany and Europe prior to being the third semi-finalist. Then, in April 1992, Klum won the top prize of $350,000.
